How long is delivery?
Expected delivery times should be listed per item; however, these can vary. If we have what you have ordered already made and in stock, delivery will usually be within a couple of days.
If you are ordering a made to order custom, then it takes some time to create and will usually take up to 3-4 weeks. If there is any variance on this, we would always let you know.
Where do we get the base shoes from?
All of the custom trainers are creating using authentic branded shoes which are usually sourced direct from the manufacturer, such as Nike, adidas or NB.
On some occasions, depending on the request, we may source shoes from independent 3rd party stockists; however, these are always reputable well known supplier partners, to ensure everything we supply is the real deal.
How are customs made?
Our customs are put together using various techniques depending on the type and material of shoe, as well as what the ask of the customer is.
Preparation is the most important part of a custom as it is the base for everything else. Trainers are always properly prepped to ensure sany factory finishes are removed and surfaces are free from debris that may be present from the manufacturing process. This gives surfaces, particularly leather, the best possible surface to adhere to.
Designs are then applied by either painting, gluing or stitching. All paints are professional grade Angelus paints and are heat set where required to ensure a long lasting finish.
Finally, where required, a professional grade factory finisher is added to help keep those customs as protected as possible.
Do I need to protect my shoes?
Yes! Customs should be treated with care and although every effort has been taken to ensure trainers last as long as possible, they need to be looked after and protection sprays are recommended.
How will I know the progress of my order?
If you have ordered via the website, you will receive automatic emails, each time your order changes state during the process. This can also be tracked online too.

Can I return my custom?
No. You’re custom has been hand made and in non-refundable; however, in the unlikely event you have any issues with a product, please let us know and we will do what we can to help rectify any issues.
Where do you deliver? Can I order outside of the UK?
Currently we only deliver to the UK. This may change in the future.
